Scott Dobbins, Founder and Principal. A twenty-year industry veteran, Scott is recognized by his clients and peers as a leading retail real estate expert, thought leader and producer. Since its founding, Scott has guided Hybridge through its business development, marketing and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to founding Hybridge, Scott was a franchise development consultant with US Franchise Systems.
Scott has extensive experience in Tenant and Landlord Representation, Retail Development, High Street Retail and Regional Mall re-positioning initiatives. Scott’s portfolio of clients have included AutoNation, CarMax, Verizon Wireless, Ocean Prime, The Pearl, Blue Martini, J. Alexander’s, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Perry’s Steakhouse, SUNDA New Asian, Sea Salt, Bella Brava, Underground Cocktail Club, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Bar Taco, Barcelona, DaRuMa Japanese Steakhouse, World of Beer, Buffalo Wild Wings, Stoney River Steakhouse, Work Out World, Camp Pickle and Anytime Fitness.
Biography
Scott is a graduate of Purdue University with bachelor’s degrees in industrial technology and industrial distribution. He was also a linebacker for the Purdue University Football team. Scott is from the Chicago area and grew up in Ft. Myers, Florida. He currently resides in Tampa with his three children.
