TTim Dowd, Chief Financial Officer. Since joining Hybridge in 2018, Tim has been responsible for scaling and improving Hybridge’s accounting and reporting processes.
A process-driven financial executive and consultant, Tim was integral in migrating Hybridge’s Asset Management clients over to Yardi Voyager, the standard in enterprise accounting and reporting systems for institutional asset management firms.
Tim also oversees all of the financial and reporting aspects of Hybridge Asset Management’s portfolio of properties.
Biography
Tim was born and raised in Central Illinois. After earning a degree from Indiana University - Bloomington, he designed and implemented business systems before returning to the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign for an MBA. From there, he began working in corporate finance with a continued focus on business processes improvement.
